RETURN POLICY: 
Customer Satisfaction is a top priority for FarmerDave.  If you are not happy with your last purchase we will strive to correct the problem, per the following guidelines:
Buyer is responsible for complete inspection of product immediately upon receipt of order.
Complaints must be filed immediately upon inspection of the order.
Replacement or Refund may be given (seller's option).  Refunds will be for original product cost, sales taxes and "original" shipping cost.
Return of all or part (seller's option) of the product is required for verification and/or corrective action.  Buyer pays return shipping cost.
 

If shipment is damaged during transport/delivery, seller will (when appropriate) file a damage claim with the Shipper (UPS, USPS) on the buyer's behalf.  
Buyer is required to provide proof and adequate evidence of said damages; i.e. retain the damaged product and container until inspected by the Shipper.  
Seller does not assume any other responsibiliy for actions of the Shipper (UPS, USPS, etc).

15% Freight Shipping Discount:
Available to Larger Volume Users of Bulk Hay -- 150 pounds or more. 
35 pound sized hay items only.

Large Volume Hay Discount:

Purchase 10 Boxes in single order, GET 11th BOX FREE (buyer pays shipping).

Mixed hay types/cuttings allowed but free item will be equivalent to the least expensive type/cutting purchased.

35 pound sized hay items only.

Not applicable to past purchases.

We can ship in the USA  to both residential and commercial addresses, BUT the LOWEST UPS SHIPPING RATES are for deliveries to "verifiable" BUSINESS NAMES AND ADDRESSES. If you have access to a "Business" Delivery Location, you can "Help Us To Help You" get the lowest shipping costs.  If you are a new customer, just register with your Business and Contact Names, plus your Business Address.  If you are an existing customer, just send us your Business Name and Address.  We will take care of the rest and change your account accordingly.  We do NOT try to make money on shipping!

Credit Card Payments accepted through PayPal. 
Checks/Money Orders also accepted with delay in shipment.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: 
Free Shipping (as displayed for select items) is NOT available for International Orders.  All International Orders are handled via email only.   A 15% international handling surcharge is applied to each order to cover addtional international requirements and tasks such as packaging, forms completion, labor, special post office processing/mailing, etc.

Non-USA Buyers are responsible for all risks and costs of shipping, including any Damages or additional import Duties, Broker Fees, Taxes, and/or Restrictions/Prohibitions, etc, of their destination Country and/or Customs Inspectors.  No Returns. No Refunds. Seller does not assume any risk of the shipping process to Foreign Countries; if the items are Damaged, Rejected, Quarantined, or otherwise Prohibited/Destroyed, Seller will NOT provide any refund.
